Garden Installation

Our gardening and installation crews are well-practiced (30 years) at planting and caring for perennial gardens.

We do no rototilling, (since 1999) we plant in undisturbed soil therefore no soil amendments are needed.  We select plants to fit the conditions they are being asked to initially live in.

We cover the new planting areas with leaf mulch.

We use a drill to do the planting, managing time efficiently.    By not disturbing the soil plants root in quicker and there is about 70% less weed competition.  

We guarantee our plants for one year.

In the design process we’ll discuss with you how to care for the planting using best practices and the timing of the practices promoting the continuous health of the garden.

We can also discuss our Northwind Garden Care program that could lend a hand with the care of your garden.   Our goal is to always stay in communication.

Usually after the 2nd year you understand the planting style, the weed pressure and the gardening practices that encourage a healthy garden.
